We’ve created what we like to call a tropical Scandi vibe throughout our contemporary fully contained one bedroom apartment. Including self check in, free unlimited wifi, aircon,smart TV, Netflix, washing machine, kids toys/games & luxury new bedding. Walking distance to shopping precinct, public travel, parks & GP. Just a 5min drive to beaches and 15min to town. This well-loved quality home is looking to host new families, couples/solos and business travellers to create happy memories here. The apartment is located on the downstairs level of our 2 story brick home. You will enter via the fully renovated bright kitchen with an electric four ring stove and breakfast bar with seating. Fully equipped, comes with: • Lazazzo Coffee pods and machine • Colander • Cutting boards • Set of sharp knives • Washing machine / complimentary detergent • Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils • Wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne glasses • Fully stocked condiment drawer for your use • Brand new toaster/kettle • Tea/coffee As you explore the living room you will find space, simplicity, freshness and charm. Kids will love sleeping on the comfy sofa bed and/or self inflating luxurious Eurobed. Dine with a touch of elegance sitting on the velvet upholstered chairs and marble look table top. The bathroom has been totally remodelled creating an opulent feel with its double basins, ample vanity storage and tiled featured walls. A hairdryer and wash necessities are included for your convenience. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed with all new quality bedding. Three mirrored robes with hangers cover all storage needs. There is also 2 occasional chairs and small table to provide a retreat area away from the children or a more private work space. There is an electronic security box for which you will be provided with the code to access the keys for self check in. There are no stairs in access the apartment and ample parking in the driveway and street. Both myself and wife work so may not always be around however we endeavour to be available to meet all your needs via msg/email if not in person! Your enjoyment in our home is our PRIMARY concern. As previously stated it is within walking distance of coffee shops/restaurants/bowls club with curtsy bus (x2), fast food eatery's, gym,Coles/Wollies etc. There is a bus stop within walking distance from our home. The bus route will take you into town or out to explore the beautiful beaches in Mackay. Uber/Taxis are also readily available.
