Exclusive use of 4BR, 3 Baths, LR, FR, DR, Eat in Kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry, 3 season screen/storm porch, front porch, back patio and 2 acre yard. Garage and master suite house owners property. The garage and a totally separate locked master suite, house our personal things. We occasionally stay there when in town, but with a separate entrance, no interaction needed or expected. We (or one of my children who live locally) are always available to answer questions or address any concerns. Upscale quiet neighborhood; all homes on 2 acre - very private; minutes to town, stores, restaurants, transportation and major highways. Great walking/running neighborhood. Circular road - very little traffic. You’ll need a car or Uber service. If your stay is longer than a week, we appreciate once weekly plant watering. For longer stays, our available professional cleaning service must be hired directly, a minimum of every 2 weeks. The Hideout loft (low ceiling) is not part of the listing. Should you choose to use this area it is at your own risk and must be left as found. All toys put away; vacuumed; day beds made up, etc. At no time should food or drink be allowed in this area. Please do not ask about exceptions for pets, or entertain ever bringing pets on the property. The owner is deathly allergic and doing so will result in eviction without refund and loss of security.
