Adorable home in the heart of Loveland, within walking distance of bike trail and restaurants. Whether you're in town visiting family or for fun, it makes for a perfect quiet retreat from the day. Thanks! **Newly updated with three queen size beds as of March 2018** Our space is a definitely a classic (built around 1865), but has been updated with all new appliances and fresh paint and love. Although we are not there full time, it is still our home many times throughout the year so it is full of character and personal affects. It has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and there is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room. In addition to the bedrooms and other living spaces, there's also a comfy loft space upstairs and a wrap around porch outside- tons of spots to relax :) High speed wifi internet ROKU on two TV's (In addition the upstairs TV has an antenna with a few local channels) Washer + Dryer in the basement Coffee machines and Tea Cooking/Baking supplies We will be out of town during guest stays, however we will be available via call/text/email before, during and after your stay. We also have neighbors and others locally who will be available should you need anything. Loveland is a small, cozy city about 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. We live within walking distance of the downtown Loveland strip with the bike trail. The trail itself is a great place to check out, whether you want to walk/run/bike or just sit at a restaurant on the trail and people watch. There are multiple great restaurants on the strip that are also within walking distance. Parking is included on the driveway connected to our house. Our home is very easy to get too off of 275, we'd be happy to help with directions if needed! Once at the house, you can walk to downtown Loveland and other nearby suburbs (Mason, Montgomery...) are a short drive away. Downtown Cincinnati is only about a 30 drive away, depending of course on traffic :p
