Villa Mauro is located in Verbania Suna, in a nice quiet residential area with no traffic. It is on the Monte Rosso hill. You'll be able to enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Maggiore, the Borromeo Gulf and its islands. The house is built with natural stone and has a garden on the ground floor. The house is surrounded by a large garden and therefore enjoys excellent privacy, being away from other houses. The apartment is located on the second floor of the villa, at the highest point. In the garden there is a 10x3m swimming pool with sun loungers and deckchairs for shared use with the host. It is possible to talk with the owner to get exclusive use of the pool. The large parking lot can also host bicycles. Paola, the host, can helps guests if requested. She speaks english too! Location. Verbania Piedmont Italy. The Suna Village can be reached in few minutes by car. It is possible to walk in 15/20 minutes on a pleasant panoramic walk across a rural path. The lakeside area is pleasant, full of bars and restaurants that can give you a very enjoyable time. In town there are also equipped and free beaches. Public transport is unfortunately not frequent, so we suggest to use your own car or bicycles. We can help you to get from the train station to the Villa by bus or even picking you up directly.
