unique property, suite 1 in stunning location

we are in the process of converting a old schoolhouse building, with stunning views of countryside, windmill etc. we have completed Phase 1 which provides 3 chalet type suite rooms - guest have use of internal courtyard and gardens. Each room has a separate kitchenette and bathroom, free parking. Suite 3 offers super king size bed or 2 single beds option the schoolhouse is on the outskirts of town, 10 minute walk on lit pavements to bars and shops. 10 min walk or 2 min drive to town, we are located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Guests have galley kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle if they would like to prepare breakfast - there are some places to have a cooked breakfast in town if preferred. guests have full use of the interior courtyard and the entrance waiting area. this area is only accessed by the 3 no suites at any time. Guests will have full use of the gardens when they are complete we are normally on site for any queries normally on site, your rooms are completely private. we of course will be happy to offer advice on local attractions, restaurants etc portaferry is a stunning town on the peninsula, it is in an area of outstanding natural beauty - easy access to Castle ward (game of thrones) via the Strangford ferry. Exploris Aquarium, Portico Arts Venue, Echlinville distillery and brilliant bars are all available just short walk on lit pavements into town. Gorgeous beaches and walks are easily accessible and great food in Both Portaferry and Strangford
