Californian bungalow cottage in the heart of Moruya. House was built in 1936 & is typical of that era. River views from the deck, with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, and abundant living area. Yard not enclosed. We welcome happy guests with realistic expectations, who are interested in enjoying their stay & will treat us, our house, and our neighbors with consideration. Not suitable for children. Non-shedding dogs by arrangement. Additional charges apply for more than 2 guests. Beautiful old world charm, high ceilings, timber floors, river & mountain views. Close to 'The River Restaurant' and all local amenities. Walking path along river to parks and hospital. The entire house will be yours with bedding & towels provided. We share a driveway with our neighbors and so, ask that you park out front on the street, where there is normally ample parking available. Please do not park in back yard on grass. On arrival - available by txt anytime. Quiet scenic neighbourhood. Close to shops and amenities. Bike path at rear of cottage Suitable for couples. Shower is over old clawfoot bath - may not suit everyone - it's a bit high & we don't have hand rails. Non shedding dogs are welcome by arrangement with owner. Happy people who want to enjoy the area are also welcome.
