Bucolic country get away in the Finger Lakes 15 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca, Cortland. Welcome to Maryhill Farm with 225 acres of rolling hills, organic fields, barns, gardens, hard to describe house - not your typical farmhouse. Large, lovely private wing of house. Very eclectic! Interesting furnishings, art work - paintings, sculpture, portraits, books. Sunny, cheerful shared kitchen. Make Maryhill Farm your families country home. Parties or events not allowed We are ideally suited to host families, couples and small groups for overnight stays. The 2 bedrooms accommodate 4 adults plus toddler bed and Pac & Play if needed. An additional 5 people can stay on comfortable floor mattresses in the very large living room/library. Bedrooms, 1.5 baths and very large living room/library are a private wing of house. Shared kitchen is available for snacks and preparing your family meals. We are family friendly and very flexible! Please let us know if you are bringing a dog, they are welcome but they must be well house trained. Let us know what your needs might be. We would love to welcome you to our much loved and beautiful Maryhill Farm. Use of private wing of house plus shared kitchen, dining room and laundry in original house. Full use of porch and yard. Enjoy the outdoor areas for grilling, bonfires, climbing and reading in the tree house, swinging in large tree swing, playing soccer, baseball and badminton. The newly restored barn has basketball and is a nice place for yoga and visiting, it is a beautiful and clean space. We have well mowed paths thru the fields that connect to the farm tractor roads wonderful for long walks. I reside at the farm as caretaker and your host. An adult nephew also resides here as well. We both are busy with our lives and we completely respect your privacy. My sister, Agnes is my co-host. Agnes lives in New Mexico with her husband.
