Comfortable Unit. Currently Set up as an in law apartment. Unit is set up to be used as a complete separate unit with your own Kitchen, Bathroom, Living, and Bedroom. Located on a very quiet street near most major restaurants/stores on Boston Post Road as well as a 12 minute drive to the beach!! Located less than 10 minutes from New Haven, Orange, East Haven, Woodbridge. Close to Yale/Yale Medical center, UNH, SCSU. Minutes from Metro-North for a trip to NYC. This Unit has a cozy and classy feel to it. It's well furnished to create a great experience for anyone that stays here. ! Keep in mind I stay in that space part time and have certain standard of what a space I live in should look and feel like! :) . Wifi + Cable + Apple TV for all of your shows / movies! There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room that has a memory foam, pull out queen size bed! There is also a massive closet in the Bedroom for all of your clothes. Guest have private access to the Unit. You will be the only one using this space! The unit is a 1 bed (queen bed), 1 bath, living (with couch which pulls out to a queen memory foam bed), and kitchen ! There is also a washer dryer in the unit! I am generally very responsive via text message! If I am in the area, I am happy to show you around town! If not, I will be Happy to guide you/answer all of your questions. I do leave the start of most interactions up to the guests because I realize sometimes we all just want some alone time :) Super quite area, close to almost all major stores, restaurants and highways ! Obviously very easy to get around in a car. For Public transport there is a Bus Stop on the main road 2 minutes walk from the house !
