Tayabas - Complete independent house

My house is a large individual house located in Lita Subdivision, phase 2, just a few minutes walk from City center. It is a 2 storey house with roof deck usable for staying in the open, but away from it all. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and cabinets, there is a living room and a fully furnished kitchen, 4 bathrooms. The house is situated near the Tayabas town center (few minutes walk), and it is a two floor house, with roof deck. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen and a toilet. On the upstairs floor we have 3 bedrooms. One extra-large bedroom with private toilet and shower and two bedrooms with one common toilet and shower. On the roof deck there is a 4th toilet, and a dirty kitchen sink for BBQ and general use. The roof deck is large and usable for gatherings and BBQ. Form there you get a view as far away as the ocean, to East, and of Mount Banahaw, looking North-West. A good view to the surroundings makes it a beautiful place to stay, with always a nice cool breeze to cool you down in hot weather periods. You will be able to use the complete house, from ground floor to the roof deck. The kitchen, with gas cooker and Induction cooker, is fully furnished and usable. All 4 bathrooms and 3 showers are usable, so are the 3 bedrooms. It completes the usable area the roof deck and the entrance carport. There are people looking after the place and ready in case of any need. Lita Subdivision is very close to Tayabas City center, but yet slightly off in a more quieter area, away from traffic and chaotic city center. By walk, if you like, you can be in Tayabas center in just 10 minutes. The location is close to the main road, but not too close, so as not to hear traffic noise. At the west side of the house, you will see an almost uncontaminated green area, planted in rice and coconuts, good for country walks. There, in the near barrio, there is a new large road under construction, that will soon connect Lucban to Lucena, avoiding Tayabas town center. A short walk will take you to the main road that connects Tayabas to Lucena, in one direction, and Lucban, S. Cruz, and Laguna, all the way to Real and Infanta Quezon. From Tayabas you can easily reach Manila, via the towns of Saryaya, Candelaria, S. Pablo, and so on. So there will be plenty of jeepneys and vans to take you wherever you require.
