Totally Coastal! Modern studio at the Glen.

Our beach side community Glenduan is a quick & easy 10 minute drive from Nelson. It is a lovely, friendly relaxed neighbourhood on the edge of Nelson’s famous boulderbank and marine reserve. Our house is in a quiet residential enclave that's an easy flat three minute walk to the rocky beach. The stand-alone studio is well appointed & a great place to relax, unwind & experience the coastal vibe. It is a welcome retreat to return to after exploring the Nelson region. The studio is seperate to the house and is a warm, modern, private space where you can relax and enjoy yourselves in a quiet setting. The outlook from the studio is over a well kept lawn bordered by trees that attract beautiful native birds. Their lovely birdsong can be enjoyed as you lie on the King size bed with the doors flung wide open. There is off street parking in this safe neighbourhood & a private entrance for you to use. The studio is modern, warm and inviting open plan room with seperate bathroom. It has a very comfortable Danske Mobil king sized bed with thick cotton sheets. A seperate couch , table and chairs and kitchenette complete the space. We live in the house beside the studio so are available with any queries or needs you may have. If we are away, we will make sure you have a local point of contact. Quiet, peaceful seaside community. Close to beach and boulder bank. Walks, kids playground and marine reserve. Bird life. Please note there is no public transport out to or from 'The Glen'. It is only really suitable for travellers with a car. We are a 10 minutes drive from Nelson. A 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a gentle flat coastal track that goes along the boulderbank from the beach . If you are feeling like something more strenuous there is a fantastic track from Glenduan to Cable Bay which takes in amazing views, native bush and is 3-4 hours walk. Please note there is no public transport out to or from 'The Glen'. It is only really suitable for travelers with a car. Currently Uber & zoomy aren't available in Nelson. It is only really suitable for guests with their own transport.
