Daintree Rainforest: Cape House
One of a kind stays in the heart of the Jungle. Off-grid living property ideal for a couple, corporate function or a solo retreat. Private trail to creek and waterfall. 5-minute drive to Cape Kimberly beach. Fruit trees, active veggie garden, fresh eggs from local chickens. A raised deck overlooking the Daintree River, surrounding mountain range and the great barrier reef. Fireplace and thriving garden to enjoy day and night. We are excited to host an unforgettable experience The wooden pole home was made in the 1990's from reclaimed timber from an old brewery in Cairns. It is pacific inspired and has a 70's style window and furniture. Both the couches and all three mattresses were purchased new in July 2021. There is a fireplace in the living room and an open floor plan for air flow in summer. The driveway from Cape Kimberly road is gravel and should be taken slowly to avoid a bumpy ride and to respect the local cassowaries and tree kangaroo.
