Cozy yet roomy cottage right on Lake Memphremagog!

Lake Memphremagog is a special place. It's located on the border of Canada with half the lake in the US and half in Canada so it's easy to take a day trip to Canada. The mountain views allow for the best sunsets too. The cottage feels cozy but also roomy and is steps away from the lake. It offers all the creature comforts that make feel like home while enjoying a new a different place. The lake is shallow, clear and has a sandy bottom. The yard is large and available for family fun too. The cottage is cozy but room enough for everyone including the bedrooms and a loft that has two additional twin beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped and our beds are super comfy. We have two decks one for dining and one for staring at our gorgeous views. Welcome to our family cottage! You will have complete access to our one story home, large yard and beautiful lake. Please feel free to use any lake toys and lawn games located in the brown "ice house" in the backyard. Because this is an older traditional cottage we have a sensitive septic system so please spaced out showers to preserve any overflow. Also please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in our toilets. We should have everything you need in the kitchen for your enjoyment. We love to cook on our Vermont vacations. We hope you find the cottage sparkling clean and we have a fussy cleaning company so please leave the entire house as you found it including cleaning pots and pans etc. as you would in your own home. If you have any additional dishes etc they be put in the dishwasher. You can find any extra supplies in the pantry located in the dining room.
