Beautiful apartment on two levels in Cavalese

The apartment has been recently renovated and is located in the historic center of Cavalese. In the past it was an old mill on the banks of the Rio Gambis stream. The apartment, equipped with all the necessary, is very bright and elegant for a stay of maximum comfort. It allows you to easily reach all the useful services of the town and also, on foot (600 m) the Cermis ski lifts. The apartment is on two levels: the attic, very cozy with wooden ceilings and exposed beams, is composed of three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is the large and bright living area characterized by an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking a balcony. On the same floor there is the second toilet and the entrance. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, a Lavazza capsule machine "A Modo Mio", kitchenware/cookware, table linen, a supply of extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and kitchen paper roll. The apartment has also a washer-dryers, 2 Flat 4K televisions (one with satellite channels (HotBird 13° E), DVD Player, DVD movies and games for children. On arrival, included in the price, guests will find ready-made beds with linen (pillow, sheets and duvet), a bathroom set for each guest (shower towel + two towels), a courtesy bath set (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap), toilet paper, detergents for dishwashers and washdryer. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heathing, parquet floor, except in the bathrooms and at the entrance. The apartment is located on the second e last floor. Complete the apartment a cellar in the basement where you can store your equipment. For stays of one week or more, a 10% discount is offered. Loading and unloading of luggage can be done front door. There is free on-street parking. Guests will be welcomed in person by the host who will provide the keys and instuctions for the apartment. During the stay he will remain available via e-mail and on his mobile phone. The historic center of Cavalese where the accomodation is located is very old, well cared for and rich in history. The neighborhod is very quiet and close to all services. The accommodation is near the bus station (300 m), it is also possible to reach the Cermis ski lifts and the Ice stadium in just a few minutes on foot (600 meters). The Tourist Information Office is at 5 minutes walk away. Cavalese is ideal for excursions throughout the Val di Fiemme, Val di Fassa and Dolomites. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 6 (the internal stairs does not have a safety gate for children).
