This unique cedar clad home is nestled amongst the green tree canopy of one of Cornwall’s most beautiful locations, both World Heritage listed & a designated Area of Outstanding Beauty. It offers unrivalled rural views across the valley and beyond to the heritage tin mines first established in the 18th Century. Located a short 5 minute walk from Trevaunance cove. Driftwood Spars Pub, the restaurants, cafes, bakeries, butchers & shops of St Agnes are all easily accessible by foot or otherwise. The house is immaculate throughout having recently been refurbished. The double height aspect of the living space allows light to pour in throughout the day and the bi-fold doors open back to give access to the wonderful decked sitting area, a perfect place to enjoy a morning yoga session or coffee. The kitchen is equipped with Neff integrated appliances and looks out onto the expansive views of the valley and beyond. The house is now also equipped with Superfast Broadband 35 Mbps WIFI (Vodafone). It is fast and reliable. All parts of the house and terrace are for use of our guests only. We are always available to offer advice or answer any questions should you wish to contact us. Otherwise, we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. Cedars, one of a unique collection of Cedar clad homes, nestled in surrounding Cornish woodland, is just four hundred meters from Trevaunance Cove and within a short stroll of the South West Coastal footpath. The World Heritage Coastline can literally be accessed from your doorstep. National trust sites such as Chapel Porth is a beautiful Cliff top walk away, past the dramatic ruins of Wheal Coates. For keen surfers or those hoping to hit the waves for the first time, the neighbouring beaches are sure to delight. Further afield the coastline stretches up beyond Watergate Bay and Padstow and down beyond St Ives to Lands End. From the car park there are several flights of steps and pathways through the trees leading up to the property. The house is now equipped with Superfast Broadband 35 Mbps WIFI (Vodafone). It is fast and reliable. There is a log burner which will keep you cosy on cooler nights. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a good day at the beach. There is no TV at the property, making it a perfect escape to totally switch off. We prefer a 7 night minimum stay during the school holidays, with a Friday or Saturday changeover. Shorter breaks may be possible so do ask and we will try to help.
