Penthouse in the center of Davos

Fully furnished 3.5 rooms apartments with wooden ceilings inside. Skiroom for sport equipment. 2 separate bedrooms with king-size bed in each of the rooms. 2 bathrooms. Sofa. Work area.  Fully equipped kitchen. Washing and drying machines in the apartment. Free WiFi. Elevator. Free parking near the house. Beautiful views. Convenient location (ski lifts - close to Parsennbahn, shops, restaurants). The Apartment is in the Center of Davos. Within walking distance are food shops, bus stops, ski-lift (to Parsenn is 10-12minutes by foot), Wellness, Congress Center (10minutes by foot). Nearby there are Schatzalp - also known as the "Magic Mountain", Schiabach, Davosersee. There is free parking spaces in front of the house. 15 minutes by walk from Railway Station Davos Dorf or 3 stops by Bus ( 1, 3) till "Schiabach" and after about 7 min (500 m) by walk. General rules for using the apartment and the House. 1. The apartment is rented to a maximum of four guests and only to those who are indicated in the booking. Apartment sublease is prohibited. If the number of guests is more than 4 (four), we kindly ask this agree with us advance. Additional guests can be accommodated for a fee of 150 Euros per day per person. If the arrival of additional guests is not agreed and paid in advance, we, unfortunately, will not be able to accommodate them. 2. In the House, at the entrance and in the apartment it is strictly forbidden to smoke (both tobacco and any mixtures). In case of violation of this rule, we will be forced to charge an additional cost of cleaning the apartment in the amount of from 1000 euros (local cleaning cost). 3. The apartment is rented to guests traveling without animals. In case of violation of this rule, we will be forced to terminate the lease agreement without returning the rent and charge an additional cost of cleaning the apartment in the amount of 1000 euros. 4. Unfortunately, the apartment is also not allowed to hold parties and make noise after 22h. 5. Garbage is sorted and thrown out separately: paper, glass, plastic bottles, batteries, aluminum cans , large things. Other Garbage is put in a special blue bags and thrown into special round containers. It is strictly forbidden to throw out garbage differently than in a blue package - municipal services are watching this and imposing large fines on violators. 6. If you need a late check-out (after 11:00a.m), please let me know in advance (for 1-2 working days) and I will do my best to help you or please extend the reservation on the website. For late departure without warning, we will be forced to charge the cost of one more day of stay. 7. Please do not forget to lock the door to the apartment with a key and return the keys upon departure. If the apartment is left open and the keys are left in the apartment or lost, then we will be forced to collect an additional 300 Euro for an emergency call and, unfortunately, by the case of non-return key, we will be forced to charge you for the cost of replacing locks, new keys (250euro/1 keys). 8.
