High speed NBN wifi and Netflix Ducted air conditioning. Gym:There is full equipped gym in the complex Bedroom 1 - Firm queen size bed with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2- Firm queen size bed . We set up an extra single bed here when you have 5 guest stay . We can also setup extra single bed by guest request (this apply for booking with less then 4 guest only) $30 setup fee will occur please arrange with me for it. Study room- We set up single bed in here when you have 6 guest stay. We provide towels, hand towels, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel,toilet paper , dish wash liquid and hair dryer for your convenience. We have board game for your entertainment, toys for children. There is full length mirrors wall drawer in both bedroom for your convenience. Table to use your laptop plus a charming nice lamp table provide a mood lighting atmosphere. Living room: Huge sofa bed and flat screen smart TV make it a perfect place to relax and watch your movie. We have full function massage chair for you to relax and rest after long day. Parking Space: The appartments come with one parking space. We have easy visitor parking and free street parking for guest have more then one car. Laundry: Washing machine, Dryer and Iron board, steam iron, washing liquid., laundry basket are all provided. Kitchen: Open kitchen allow you to chats and talk to other in living room come with full equipment , gas cook top and oven , microwave and toaster. We have expressi machine. Coffee capsule and tea bags are available. Dish set, cups, oven, gas stove top, toaster, cutlery, wine glasses, t-towel, dishwasher, microwave and so on. Balcony come with chair and table for you to rest relax after long day . Apartment have ducted AC for the hot or cold day. Please note this place is strictly not for party purposes .
