An easy drive from Sydney or Newcastle. or a great place to recharge the batteries, if you need a break from travelling. Only 2 mins detour from the M1. The space is furnished in relaxing neutral tones. Guests are welcome to stay for 1 night or months. There is a paddock opposite the Studio, for children to run around in and play. There are lovely bush walks at the back of the property, where you often see kangaroo's and occasionally wedge tailed eagles, sulphura crested and black cockatoo’s, rainbow lorikeets, corella ‘s, king parrots, koel’s and brush turkeys. Foxhill is also home to Robere the friendly, little white rooster, who just wanders around at will. As much or as little as they require. Only 2 mins away there is a 24/7 Shell Service Station, which sells all necessary items and food. Ourimbah, which is only a 5 min drive, has an Indian, Thai, Chinese, RSL Club and Hotel. Nearby Wyong has an excellent Italian restaurant, and in the other direction Terrigal has a very good choice. For fine dining, The Cowrie, Terrigal, is a must. The Central Coast basically has whatever you want or need. Buses run from the bottom of the driveway, to take you to Westfield Shopping Centre at Tuggerah (5 klm's) or to local beachside resorts. Trains run approx every 30 mins to Sydney or Newcastle or beyond. For guests that don’t have transport, I am usually able to pick you up from the station. If guests would like to hire a car, long or short term, there is usually one available. Riding lessons are also available for children or adults from beginners to advanced riders, however it is necessary to book prior to your arrival.
