Comfortable Providence Basement *3BD*

This home is beautifully located in a quiet Providence neighborhood with easy access to Hiking, beautiful Canyon's, and all that Cache Valley has to offer. Some popular sights are: Utah State University, 13 mins/4.7 miles; Fair & Rodeo Grounds, 9 mins/ 3.9 miles; Logan LDS Temple, 11 mins/ 4.1 miles; and Bear Lake 59 mins/42.2 miles. The family room includes a microwave, small fridge, dinning room table, and counter with sink. The family room also has a large TV with a couch and two love seats. I have a King size bed, a Queen size bed, and two twin beds (trundle). The space for my guests is the basement, which includes the 3 bed rooms, a bath room, and a large family room. Their is also a laundry room that we can share. You will have a key to lock the front door when you feel you need to. I live in the upstairs. My access to the house is the garage. I will be happy to interact as much or as little as guests would like. I'd be happy to answer questions, give directions, and offer recommendations. I am quiet and stay upstairs. I keep myself busy with work and grandchildren, so unless you want to see me, I'll let you do your own thing. I'll plan to be there to greet you and make sure you are situated whenever possible. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet family neighborhood. You may use the air mattress if needed, so please advise me in advance if there will be more than six guests.
