We would like to invite you to our newly built modern pool villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1100sf pool deck with lounge area, sunny South-Western exposure, beautiful beaches nearby – even a private beach is at your disposal! Villa Happy Gator on Alligator Drive is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Shopping facilities are only 5 minutes away. Bikes for exploring the fantastic bike trails of Venice and Sarasota County are inclusive as well as High Speed internet, WiFi and a phone for free nationwide calls. Immediately after stepping in you feel welcome – the spacious dining-/living area with open kitchen and breakfast bar, the vaulted ceilings, bright colors and the modern furnishings are appealing and inviting. The whole house is tiled, fresh and clean. 3 bedrooms are provided. The roomy Masterbedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom provides a comfortable King bed. The second and third bedrooms of our pool villa are on the opposite side of the living room and have a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. They share a bathroom. All of our beds provide high quality mattresses. Both bathrooms have operable daylight windows and handheld showerheads! For your carefree stay, we provide a complete kitchen equipment with a Nespresso machine and a Ninja blender, a 50” Smart TV and a region free Blu ray player for your relaxing movie night, WiFi for your mobile devices, a phone with free calls within the US and a lot more. One highlight of our Villa Happy Gator surely is the fantastic pool area with an oversized pool deck, that has place for a lounge sofa, a large dining table for 6, lounge chaises, parasols and a barbecue grill. A sunshelf and the outstanding water quality – thanks to modern technology without adding chlorine – make the pool experience perfect. For the safety of your little ones we provide a baby fence, that you can install easily. The next unique feature is the community-owned private beach, an idyllic and beautiful beach you can reach quickly with a ferry.
