Dreamy nest in Florence Countryside

A little and precius Studio with all you could need, immersed into the beauty of Tuscany Countryside. The Studio is located into a ancient block of 1700 with excellent view on the landscape and the hills at about 20/30 minutes by car from florence. I offer a free wifi line, free tea and coffe, a parking slot and a beautyful garden where you can find a lot of greenery and forniture for relax. My family started a touristic business 100 years ago and now I want to share again this space with you. The little studio is perfect for a couple or a single that want to explore the Countryside, and Flroence too, in a cool place with all you could need for your stay. I can't install a system of condittionated air but I'll provide with a fan that is perfect for a space like mine. Anyway, the perfect climate conditions of the village will not make you uncomfortable House will be of course at your disposal including the parking space and the garden space. My family and I will be happy to welcome you personally and to help you during your stay. In the village of Diacceto you can find everything you need for a quiet and tasty stay. We have a ancient butcher shop with a lot of typical meat and steack, a historic cafe that make a very good icecream in summer, a second bar cheaper, a little supermarket, a hairdresser, a rich filled bakery and a hardware shop, that usually have some local vegetables to sell (you have to ask them first) For vintage "engines lovers" , the month of May offers the famous hill climb of "consuma" departing from Diacceto. In the summer is organized in the country the Diacetum Festival, an event of music, cinema, theater and dance. In the remaining period of the year the nature is the true protagonist of the scene in all its aspects. The immediate distances of Diacceto are full of famous and prestigius vineyards from Frescobaldi family; a prominent Florentine noble family that have been involved in the political, sociological, and economic history of Tuscany since the Middle Ages and wine maker from 1308. There are 2 castles in the area that are used like cellar and where is possible to make tour and tastings of typical wines. Predominant is the presence of three well protected green areas surrounding conditions, among which the national park forests. The accommodation is a few dozen meters from the stop of the bus that connects the train station of pontassieve and Florence. From Pontassieve train station you can reach the central station of Florence in 15 minutes, + 5/10 min to reach the station with bus or car. The bus reach the city of florence in about 1 hr, but you can reduce this time mooving down not at the last stop and walk inside city centre from the nearest of santa croce. T discover the 100% of the zone I advise you to have a car to be completely free from public transports timetables. The position of the country, makes it attractive accommodation for nature lovers and hikers Apennines, which is about 15/25 minutes by car / pullman. Diacceto rises on the slopes of Mount Secchieta, natural oasis and a destination for many excursions into its dense trails run Cub Italian Alpine. Diacceto is a little village in countryside, so the public transport service have not the same frequency of the city, check the bus lines "S190 Firenze-Bibbiena" and the line "343 Firenze-Saltino" that have even a night ride at 8.30 pm. If you need more help, I can give youa ride to pontassieve station for 5 euros where trains works until midnight. Parking may not always be available, in that case you can park you car in the near public car park just behind the home
