This cosy Loft is an ideal base for business or pleasure. If you are visiting friends or family in Wigan or planning your business trip locally around Wigan, Leigh, Bolton, Liverpool or Manchester . This brand new Loft studio has been renovated to a high standard. It has a double bed and a sofa bed so it will sleep 3 people. Completely self catering, own entrance and a very cosy place to stay. The Loft has its own entrance, and we will meet and greet with you with keys Please note, entry maybe required at times by the housekeeper to access the linen/cleaning cupboard. We have a fully renovated bar downstairs that our locals support and we serve fine wines, cask ales and great beers. We have Sky Sport, BT Sport, Big Screen, Pool table, Juke Box, Beer Garden and a great community spirit - you must pay us a visit. The Loft is less than 10 minutes walk to Wigan town centre, 2 train stations Wigan North Western & Wigan Wallgate. It is also a great base if you are a Football or Rugby supporter and its is a short walk to the DW Stadium. Wifi is available, however this facility cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times due to the unpredictability of Service Providers.
