Unwind on the couch and watch a movie or relax on the double day bed with a book. Sit out in the courtyard and soak up the sun or cook a meal in the newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen. The house is very bright and fresh with all new furniture and living items including coffee machine linen and a even picnic basket. There is also a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with two singles, plus a double size day bed which pulls out to another bed. There are beautiful plants all around and a selection of books for you to read as well. Use the picnic set and go down the beach to watch the sun set over the ocean or go down to one of parks at the end of the street. Walk to the train station in just a few minutes and catch a train directly to the city or Leederville. The space feels brand new and is very clean. The guests will have private and entire access to the house and courtyard.
