Comfortable cottage for easy access to Snowdon

Glenrafon Terrace is a Victorian Terrace located at the foot of Snowdon. The cottage is well equipped and makes a comfortable base for walkers and families. There is excellent access to the walking paths of Snowdon as well as the surrounding area (Llanberis 2 miles, Pen-y-Pass 3 miles). Nant Peris is a rural village in the heart of the dramatic scenery of The Peris Valley and benefits from an excellent pub and regular bus services. Downstairs: Large lounge with two large sofas and a dining table with six chairs. There is a log burner and large TV in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine. First Floor: Two double bedrooms. There is one shower room (no WC) and a bathroom (with WC). Large storage cupboard with radiator on the landing. Second Floor: A large bedroom with two single beds and skylight windows. Note that this room is accessed by a steep staircase that may not be suitable for all guests. The house is heated by a new combination boiler + this also provides hot water on demand. Guests have control of the heating/thermostat. Whole House + Private Garden We always ensure that there is adequate gas for your stay but please note that gas bottles are hard to source and therefore guests are responsible for ensuring that the heating is turned off when they are not in the house - we cannot guarantee to be able to deliver additional gas during your stay.
