Beer and wine are available for sale in the stand. 5 min walk to a stunning tidal river for swimming. 10 minute drive to historic Portsmouth. 5 min to UNH, 10 min to Portsmouth, 1 hr to Boston or Portland. Hosts are very responsive to guest needs. Hosts are also helpful in advising re dinner choices, special events, etc. The farm is a local destination spot for visitors from all over New England, and yet the house is very private and tucked away. It's also a 4 min walk to a tidal river with a swim platform! Beaches, Strawberry Banke, Portsmouth (home to many micro brews), and the White Mountains (1.5 hr drive), it's all here! In addition to walking around the farm, there are also walks Wagon Hill Farm, Adams point, and many other locations nearby. Lots of seasonally fresh food, eggs, cheese, bread, etc available from the farmstand, to either eat there or to make meals at the house!
