Positioned in a sought after cul-de-sac only 750m from Holsworthy station, this endearing home offers readymade comfort for young families, friends and couples! Boasting multiple light filled living areas, modernised kitchen with plenty of storage, enclosed outdoor entertaining area and low maintenance yard. Sunroom: This is one of the few homes in this area that has this feature. You are most welcome to make yourself at home & will have access to the kitchen, laundry & shared living area. The bedroom has a queen bed, and cupboard space for your clothes and luggage. The bathroom is set up with soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste - hopefully everything that you need so you can travel lightly. Quality towels and linen provided. Host greets you. A key will be provided on arrival. We are both young professionals who spend a fair amount of time on the road with work. We love hosting guests through Airbnb and are happy to work in with you during their stay - if we are at home of an evening you are more than welcome to join us for dinner and/or a glass of wine however if you would like your own space to relax and unwind after a long day at work, that's fine too! If you do have any questions in the lead up to or during your stay, we are more than happy to share our local knowledge and can recommend some great coffee shops, restaurants and things to do in the Sydney area. Public Transport: 7 mins walk to Holsworthy Station. Direct train to airport and city. Around 20 mins.
