I’m Lujia a Sydney mother of 2,welcome to our Cosy 2 bedroom apartment! it’s perfect for a travelling family on holiday, or a group of responsible team on working assignment for up to 5 people. Our apartment is located in Sydney's Inner West, right next to Sydney Olympic Park and Flemington Market. Just 12 minutes walk from Flemington Station. FREE off-street secure parking! FREE to use washing machine and clothes dryer. Fully equipped kitchen! You will have the entire 2 bedroom apartment to yourselves, both queen side bed, plus one sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster ,kettle. Also washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as iron and ironing board. 1 off-street secure parking space in the basement of the apartment building. Car park is accessible with security swipe card provided after check in. Please note, The area is a busy residential apartment complex like most Sydney apartments, I only have 1 parking spot available, it’s the best not to have a 2nd car. Street Parking is available for visitors, has 4 hour limit, park at your own risks *As a mother, I also understand how hard it it to travel with babies, I can provide high chair and portable cot! Just simply let me know in your message so I can arrange before your arrival. guests are booked for the entire apartment. 1 master bedroom with it’s own bathroom. 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, common area has a sofa bed, in use if booked more than 4guests, or on request if needed. Please note: The sofa bed is size double. Can sleep 2 but might but be too comfortable for 2 tall adults I understand how important it is to be a good communicator for guests, please feel free to contact me regarding any question after booking. make sure have your booking name ready, contact me through Airbnb , SMS or call if urgent. We’re close to Olympic Park, Flemington Market, DFO and Costco. Underground parking with swipe card to access will provide when check in, 12min walk to Flemington Station. 4min drive to the closest supermarket/ Costco. We are close to a train line, some ppl might be sensitive to noises, but personally I never had any trouble myself. Also the area is a busy apartment complex, I only can provide 1 parking spot. Might be inconvenience for guests have 2nd car. Visitor parking is on the street, easy to find during the day, gets very busy after 5pm, also has 4hr parking limit, so park at your own risks
