A beautiful newly refurbished Annex located in the picturesque village of Lower Peover with its own private parking and garden. The Annex is a light open plan property with beautiful surrounding views. The village has two country pubs, one of them being the famous Bells of Peover along with a country store and plenty of stunning walks on the doorstep. A short drive away you will find the market town of Knutsford with its many shops, restaurants and bars and of course the famous Tatton Park. Spacious Newly Refurbished Annex with King size bed to large bedroom, modern new bathroom with large walk in shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen, living room, dining room and reading area are all in one large open plan space. Double doors open out to a balcony area that leads down to a private garden with seating and BBQ area. There is a real wood log burner to take the chill off and a large double new sofa bed that folds out to the living. The property benefits from WIFI and NETFLIX The Bells of Peover pub is a 10 minute walk following the river accross fields and the Crown Inn pub and local country store a further 5 minutes from there There is parking for two cars right outside the Annex. You can walk to the local pubs and shops but will need to drive if you want to go to Knutsford town which is a 10minute drive The Annex is joined to the main house so we are available if required
