Basic 2 bedroom unit, air conditioned. Enough bedding for 7 guests. Ill allow you to have up to 10 with your own bedding or i can provide extra bedding at extra cost. Linen is not provided but can be at extra cost. most Pets Welcome but may be subject to bond. Very flexible so if you have any questions or requirements or needs im happy to adjust the space to suit your group. check in and out time flexible. No parties or loud groups allowed.prefer if you Message me before you instant book the whole unit about 15 min walk from pendle hill station only have 1 parking spot per reservation, the rest plenty of street parking
