AVIATIC Modern Studio with free parking

Aviatic Modern studio is a compact studio for two people. Since it is very well isolated and it has all led light and an cutting edge water heater it represents a very eco friendly space where you will be kept warm in winter time and also cool in hot summer days. Studio has everything you need for a short as well as long term stay in Novi Sad. Since everything is either white or some very soft color with just a few gray details it is very pleasant environment. Set in the quiet neighborhood, this house has a lovely garden with place to chill throughout the day and enjoy the nights by the open fireplace. The street has a big round park and there is a parking spot in front of the house as well as possibility to park your car inside the backyard =) Guests can use a barbecue, sit in a lovely garden with lots of very old tall trees . And use small pool in hot super days . Im here to help you anytime if you need any help during your stay. You will also have your privacy the whey you want. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovelly with a large round park in the street. The nearest bus station is only 500m far. Bus No. 5 takes you directly to a city centre while bus no. 3 takes you to a Petrovaradin fortress (EXIT FESTIVAL) There are two markets just 8oom from the place down in Avijaticarska street. Taxi can cast from 3 to 5 eros to the city centre or Petrovaradin Fortress The house is an traditional old Vojvodinian house built by my ancestries. It has big garden with lots of trees and green plants.
