Very comfortable upstairs apartment, in top location. Located in the leafy suburb of Ardross & just a stroll away from top quality cafes & restaurants. World-class shopping is available just 1km away at Westfield Booragoon.Easy transport links to Perth city centre (15 mins) & Fremantle (15 mins) make our location very convenient & well-connected. Beautiful river walks, parks & views aplenty. The accommodation consists of double bedroom with own bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen & balcony. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely self-contained which ensures your privacy. Guests have their own balcony with attractive views. In addition, guests are welcome to use the pool and back garden. We enjoy having guests to stay and will be in and out of the house so guests will find us easy to reach. We're very enthusiastic about the local area and having lived in the suburb for over a decade, we have great local knowledge. Our young boys will enjoy saying hello as well! Ardross is a very desirable suburb situated within easy reach of Fremantle and the city, with excellent transport links. Plentiful cafes, restaurants, shops and local parks abound the area. With local buses running regularly along Riseley Street and Canning Highway, you will find getting about very easy. In addition, the train station at Canning Bridge is less than 2km away. Bike paths run along the foreshore of nearby Swan and Canning rivers. If guests have a car, they are welcome to park it on our front verge. Check-in time is flexible so please contact me if you require an earlier arrival time and I'll do my best to accommodate. IMPORTANT: In view of the international pandemic, Covid-19, please make it clear in your booking request what your reason for travel to Ardross is.
