Homely, secluded apartment with garden & parking

Feel completely at home in this cosy, comfortable & clean 1st floor apartment. Spacious, very spacious, with plenty of natural light throughout. There is good storage underneath the stairs, up to 3 bicycles can be stored easily there. There are only 4 apartments in total, all nestled away in a quiet, hidden courtyard away from the rest of the world. Has its own garden out the back. Lots of amenities within 5 minutes walking distance - shops, take aways, a large park, bus stop and a retail park. Large landing area at the top of the stairs, with table and chairs, making a lovely work space or dining area. Bedroom is spacious, has a double bed and a sofa bed. Lounge / diner has nice open feel to it, and has a huge sofa bed. 42” smart TV with WiFi of course. An abundance of crockery and all the utensils etc you’ll need. Washing machine & an airing rail for drying clothes The whole flat is there for you to enjoy. Oh, and the shower is fantastic! You can get me anytime at all. I work for myself so am rarely far away. 5 minutes from junction 6 of the M5 motorway, 5 minutes from Shrub Hill Railway Station, a taxi to or from Worcester city centre is around £5. There is plenty of parking in Worcester. I recommend behind Gala Bingo, you can download their app when you get there, it’s very cheap to park there and very easy to extend your parking time if you’re out and about for longer than planned! I have a great knowledge of all the best places to eat and drink! I can also give hints and tips for places to visit, and walks and cycle routes to explore and enjoy!
