You have your own (squeaky clean!) bathroom with double sinks and a toilet, bath and shower room. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee in the morning to start your day. We love to offer helpful suggestions for our area restaurants, etc., as well as directions to any local venue. We desire your visit to be all you wish it to be! You will enter through our front door and the stairway is located in the foyer. Easy stairs with handrail leads to your bedroom immediately on the left, with your bathroom a few feet from your room. You have access to freshly brewed coffee in the morning to begin your day. My husband and I are friendly. :) Beautiful neighborhood in private residential area. Privately located home, situated on 1 acre tree-lined property. Negligible traffic; primarily only the mail lady! Quiet, serene and hospitable! :-) Public transit available. Our home is about 1.5 miles from I-24, and the same distance from multiple restaurants, fast food eats, Twin Oaks Regional Mall, Walmart SuperCenter, Aldi, Lowe’s, etc. We are about 2.5 miles from the Ohio River, LowerTown district, AQS Paducah Quilt Museum and the Performing Arts Center. Wonderfully convenient location!
