Cosy Room w/ TV - near college, town & Hospital!

It is faced on the sun raising position, but use the black blind installed to avoid the harsh clarity in the early morning. Ideally for short stays, due to its size, for those who need to be closer to the Royal Hospital of Bolton for working purposes, my place is 5/8 min distance by car, 17 min walking and 20/30 by public transport. Also near the Bolton University and College at a 15 min walking distance We mostly host students who come for their PLAB exams and they find the location not too far and affordable. Also, professional such as nurses or guests working close by. Also, pretty close to the Town Centre at a 25 min walking, 10/15 by public transport and 10 by car. Easy access to Manchester City Centre by train approx. a 30 min trip from Bolton train station. To Manchester Airport is approx. 40 min . The room is functional, has plenty of natural sun light, but a black blind is available to have a continuous good night of sleep while the sun rises. A large desk and chair also at the room working as a work place. TV available. Please, be considerate towards us (hosts and guests) and mind the TV volume. Also, make sure is off before you fall asleep ;-) In the bedrooms you'll also find a kettle, bags of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cream, mug and a glass. A clean shared bathroom is available and all basic amenities in there are to be used. Separate towels also provided. A self-serve and light breakfast is also provided. Includes: toasts, butter, variety of jams, tea, semi-skimed milk, almond milk, coffee - Nescafé, hot chocolate, cereals (can be muesli or or other) and instant porridge. I have a toaster and a sandwich maker, kettle and all other utensils so the guests feel confident and comfortable to prepare and serve their own brekkie! If you bring your own ingredients and prefer to cook them, then feel free to use the kitchen, which is fully equipped. A simple decorated and clean one shared bathroom is available. Towels are provided and basic amenities in the bathroom are free to use. You can use the kitchen to prepare your own food. Dinning room just off the kitchen to enjoy your meals. WI-FI access. TV in the room. A communal parking access is available as well. Back yard for smokers. You can count with an open, kind person and respectful. I'll try to help you with any queries or find a solution for particular situations (ie, check in / out; local shops, etc food wise, etc) If you have any queries about Bolton, I can give information relating to local activities, restaurants, pubs or try to find out the information for you. Please, feel free to approach. A familiar area where my address is located in a safe place. There´s a comunal parking place to have your car, of if you prefeitura you can have if on my backyard. The neighbourhood is friendly, polite and approachable. There are plenty of local shops to Buy any essentials and we also have all the Big ones: Sainsburys, Morrissons, lidl and Aldi. My home is 4 minutes away from the but stop - 571/572. Will take you to town centre between 6/10 minutes if you're the 571 or 15/20 min if you take the 572. Walking distance is about 25/30 minutes. By car around 9 min. Main accesses people look the most when booking at my place: Royal Hospital of Bolton , Town centre, Bolton College, Bolton University, easy access to Manchester city centre. Bolton is a fairly big Town. Close to Manchester city centre in a 25 min train trip. The public transport is reliable and you can also use the taxi services. There's shops around me in a 5 min walking distance: Jay's general Shop, Post Office, Fraser's Butcher and other bakeries in the same street. Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys, Morrisons and Asda all available. By car should take around 5/10 minutes. Just be kind, respectful and consider that is someone else's house. This is done based on trust from mutual parts - host and guest.
