With dual living, you can bring your family to relax. The kids will love the heated pool, massive spring free trampoline, cubby house, Netflix and wifi. You have everything you need to beat the boredom. It has an office desk if you want to work and lots of toys and board games for the kids. Located in a double cul de sac street it is quiet and secluded but very central. Pets are allowed but must be prior approved. No events/ No parties. Longer term rentals are also considered so please just ask. Hamilton Hideaway is a 5 bedrooms house that can accommodate up to 12 people. It has a grand master wardrobe lounge rooms, yard and pool, cubby and trampoline that can be used by children also. Double lock up garage, room to park an additional 2 cars of off street. As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am. All areas except locked storage room downstairs and locked room under cubby house Beautiful neighbourhood with lovely neighbours in a quiet double cup de sac Cafes, bars restaurants, shops, race course river all close by. Best coffee in Brisbane only 1km away " She Bangs" and "Fonzi abbott" Walk, drive, bike, ferry , bus and trains all run around the area NOTE: Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25. - - There is a house being built next door, anticipated noise may occur due to constructions. We do cater family or group of a maximum of 8 adults. We have a strict no party no loud noise policy and quiet hours from 10pm. The addition bedding is for children only.
