Contemporary Space with balcony and private garden

Space at the Steps is a spacious, contemporary holiday let for two. There is a large open plan area upstairs with kitchen, breakfast bar, WiFi, smart TV and sofabed, plus an east facing balcony with views over to Berrington Hall. Downstairs there is a bedroom with wall mounted TV and a shower room with walk in shower and large sink. With a private enclosed garden and loads of country and woodland walks nearby it a perfect get away for your four legged friends as well!. Space has it's own parking, washing and drying facilities and enclosed secure garden with lawn, seating and barbeque. There are two accesses to The Space, either up the stairs to the main door into the living area, or through the ground floor door into the bedroom. The key in the key safe is for the main door. Space is in the grounds of our house and we will either be around or, if not, contactable on the numbers listed in the property. Luston is a small village close to the Hereford/Shropshire borders and the Welsh Marches with it's own pub 200 yards down the road and National Trust properties nearby. Leominster with it streets of antique shops is three miles south and Ludlow described by Sir John Betjeman as "probably the loveliest town in England" with its reputation as a foodie destination, 7 miles to the north. At the south end of the village the Quarry Farm Shop sells most of the things you could need during your stay. There are miles of great walks and cycle rides easily accessed from us including Mortimer Forest and Queenswood Arboretum. The beautiful Shropshire hills are two or three stops on the train away from Leominster or Ludlow (same line). Hereford with its fine cathedral and shopping is 15 miles away. Golfers are well served by three or more local courses. There are many walks around Luston around fields that won't be shown as footpaths on a map that are popular with local dog walkers that don't require a car journey.
