Quiet Retreat with peaceful surroundings, parking

Our cottage is a lounge/ Kitchen which is light and airy with patio doors leading to the patio area, I supply milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, & prepacked cereal, cake, biscuits. Upstairs, one double bedroom double bed, TV, Hairdryer plenty of wardrobe space, hangers, chest of draws, bedside cabinets lamps, water bottle & glass, Iron & ironing Board. Then there is a bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin, I supply Towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner & toilet rolls, Our cottage is in quiet peaceful area, good for couples, business travellers, solo adventurers and families with a small child if you bring your own travel cot, we do have a double sofa bed in the lounge that could be used for a third and or forth adult at an extra cost of £25 per adult person per night and a fold up bed that is available upon request, for a small child, free of charge, or it is free for a child under 14 or second adult.(if two adults do not want to share a double bed) We have plenty of room in the grounds for secure off road parking for several vehicles. And we have an out door decked patio area that guests are welcome to use, with table & chairs and sun loungers if required. There is also a private side garden available for guests to use for privacy and peace and quiet if desired. Our guests have their own separate entrance to the cottage, and are welcome to use our spacious off road parking and the decked patio area outside the cottage which have a table and chairs for when the weather is nice, and it is very peaceful, where you can watch the wild life, and enjoy the peace and quiet. We are available in the evening and at weekends for any information you may need, and I am available by text or Phone if required. We are in a quiet semi rural area with plenty of walks available and friendly pubs that serve delicious meals close by, there is a bus service at the bottom of the lane, that will take you into Blackwood, our local High Street and shopping area, that hosts Asda supermarket a 24hr McDonalds and many other high street shops, like Boots, New Look, Wilkinson’s, Poundland, ect, these are all, approximately 1.5 miles away we also have a small multi screen cinema in Blackwood which only costs £2.50 per adult Mon- Thursday and £3.50 per adult Friday - Sunday, there are also plenty of pubs and restaurants that serve very good food. We are close by to a bus service and approximately 2 miles from a train station which will take you to Caerphilly or Cardiff and there are reliable taxi services in the area and I have provided their telephone numbers in the house rules book in the cottage, along with lots of other useful information. Check in time is after 3pm unless otherwise pre arranged, late check in is available up till 12am for people working or late arrivals, just let us know. We also have a key-safe so you can let yourself in if need be. I will leave you tea, coffee, sugar/sweeteners & fresh milk in the fridge along with 2 bottles of water for your arrival to help you settle in, there is also prepackaged biscuits cake and cereal for breakfast. Salt, pepper and Vinegar is also supplied. We have a 50” SmartTV with Netflix etc For guests booking 28 days or more We will ask you to sign a rental contract, agreeing that your stay with us is temporary, this is a Airbnb requirement and its terms are legal and binding and this must be agreed prior to booking. If you’re not comfortable signing the contract, you may want to discuss your concerns with Airbnb or look for another place to stay. Airbnb If your host asks you to sign a contract that you weren’t notified about before you made the reservation, you can decline to sign the contract and ask your host to cancel your reservation instead.
