Grandma Amelia's House

In the heart of the village of Monterotondo Marittimo, in the pedestrian area and a a few steps from San Lorenzo's church, our house is here located. The apartment, on the second floor, is divided into three internal levels. It consists of a kitchen/dining room, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower. The house is equipped with all comforts (fridge, freezer, washing machine, heating), all kitchen equipment and linen (tablecloths, sheets, blankets, towels). The house, located in the center of the village of Monterotondo Marittimo, is an ancient style dwelling. The entrance is on the second and last floor of an ancient building. On the same floor of the entrance there is a large well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower which, although small, it has been recently renovated. Upstair there is a large bedroom with two single beds and two wardrobes. The double bedroom is on the same level as the kitchen and also it has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The house is completely at guests disposal. Every equipment and accessory (household appliances, linen for the bathroom, kitchen linen, heating, electricity and gas) are available to guests and included in the cost. During the stay I'll be at guests disposal if necessary but I don't live in the same house. The house is located in the heart of the village of Monterotondo. In addition to enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of the village, there are many activities that the area offers. The Biancane geothermal park is a popular tourist attraction and is just a short distance (1 km). The surrounding woods offer numerous possibilities for walks and nature outings. In the summer the nearby chestnut is home to numerous festivals of typical products. Own vehicles (cars or motorcycles) can be parked in the public parking a few meters away from the apartment (50 meters real!). Monterotondo can be reached by car or by public transport (bus) from Massa Marittima, Piombino, Follonica.
