It offers: breathtaking views of turquoise water bay, magnificent sunsets, fancy Port Adriano and luxury yachts, spectacular cliff with El Toro town and massive forest; huge terrace with hammock and all-year-booming lavender; private parking. Location can't be better - a very peaceful area right on Racó de sa Fragata beach! Ideal for couple or family of 4 who would like to enjoy Majorca in all seasons. 70 sqm apartment is in standing apart privileged beachfront building with an elevator. It's just above the sea, you would definitely love to sleep with relaxing sound of waves! Big living room with huge windows to appreciate a majestic sea view, American kitchen, 2 private bedrooms (one with sea view), bathroom with jacuzzi and large terrace to enjoy stunning views having breakfast with refreshing juice and coffee or sipping vine watching sunsets. Kitchen: all basic necessities, e.g. plates, pans, glasses, etc. Nespresso capsules coffee machine, Aeroccino Milk Frother, dishwasher, gas-stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and washing machine. Living room: dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas, TV, Apple TV, Netflix, High Speed optical internet connection 100 Mbps with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning with heating, huge windows with a breathtaking view over the bay, exit to huge terrace with dining table, the view to the sea and cliff and hammock. Master bedroom: one double bed, sheets, wardrobe, fan, second entrance to the balcony with huge window and sea/bay view. Second bedroom: two twin beds, sheets, wardrobe, ceiling fan. On request I can provide baby bed / cot / crib with mattress. Bathroom: hot tub , sink, mirror, toilet, soap and shampoo, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, heater. I have private parking place, so you can always park the car next to the building. :) Right under the building, you will find the restaurant with the pool functioning during warm months. For your convenience, you can use two beach chairs, umbrella, and some basic beach items. I am always available online and will be happy to assist you with any question shortly. I do not offer any tourism facilities. Neighborhood is privileged and apart from crowds, peaceful and safe with nice infrastructure, variety of outstanding restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, etc. Fresh air filled with the fragrance of many pine trees growing around and sea breeze. Taxi stand in 2 mins walking. Bus stop to Palma or Santa Ponsa is right next to the building. Public transportation in Mallorca is very well developed. With a car, indeed, you can reach much more places around the Island in a shorter time. My balcony plants will be extremely grateful to be watered every evening during your stay ;-)
