We offer a nicely furnished 3.5 room appartment on the ground floor of our lovely house built in 1930. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. 10 min by foot or 3 min by bus to Horgen Train Station. 70m2 appartment , charmingly decorated, located in a quiet neighborhood 10 min by foot to Horgen trainstation and 10 min to the lake. The appartment has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom (with bathtub and toilet) and 1 kitchen. The master bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed and a built-in closet. The living room has a Sofa (can be used a 160cm sleeping Sofa), a large table (seats 6) and a built-in closet. The 3rd room can be used as Office. Towels & Linen are provided Final cleaning fee: 80 CHF The whole appartment is yours...! We live upstairs. During the week we are both working but we are there to help you whenever necessary. Our house is located in a quiet and green neighborhood and is surrounded by a nice garden. Shops are Close by. Summer is coming and the lake just a few minutes away invites your for dip into the fresh water after work. 10 min by foot to Horgen Train Station or just take the bus which stops 2 min away from the house. It take about 20 min to Zürich by car. The bathroom is clean and functional, however it is quite small.
