Bright room in lovely house

My name is Damian and I am an A-Level Performing Arts Teacher in Nottingham. I live with my Yorkshire Terrier in a lovely part of Nottingham. Very easy going and friendly, I love France and speak French and I look forward to answering any questions you may have. Happy to do earlier check-in times at the weekend and sometimes in the week. The bungalow is light throughout, the bed is a king size, with a firm mattress. 5 minute walk to the local vibrant area of Mapperley Top with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. There is a driveway to park your car and additional parking in front of the property. I live with my little Yorkie dog 'George' who is very friendly. There is a large garden behind the property which is bathed in sunlight all day. Additionally there is a lounge for you to use. The kitchen, living room and bathroom can be used at your leisure I’m quite a sociable person, so happy to chat or leave you be. You can contact me whenever you need The neighbourhood is quiet but close to lots of cafes, shops and pubs. Equally you are a 5 mins drive into the city centre, 10 mins on the bus or 10 mins drive to some picturesque villages. There are great bus links to get around. Equally there is parking at mine and using your car in Nottingham is relatively pain free.
