Two large bedrooms, full bathroom, and gracious living room with open gas fireplace, all furnished with heirloom furniture. Luxury bedlinens. Private entrance. Walk-in shower. Our standard rate of $195 is based on the use of one bedroom. For two people sleeping in separate bedrooms, please select 3 guests. Close to everything in the quaint village of Cazenovia, NY! Private front entrance leading into a 360 sq ft living room with remote controlled gas fireplace. The living space includes two large bedrooms, full bath, living room, and hallway with stocked mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, wine glasses, and coffee cups! We live on the other side of the house, but Guests are granted full privacy during their stay. However, we are available at any time for local recommendations or to ensure they have a wonderful stay! Located half a block from the Main Street in Cazenovia, you’re within walking distance of all village attractions, churches, and restaurants! Guests can park in the driveway. Street parking is available during the day, but not overnight. We also have two Specialized hybrid bikes that are available upon arrangement! We have a beautiful white German Shepherd who's always looking for attention, but will be staying on our side of the house. :-)
