A suite within our 3 storey house which forms part of a listed historic building in the heart of the large village of Martock. 2 mins walk from great pub-restaurant & range of shops. Comprises a comfortable elegant double bedroom with newly fitted en-suite with power shower, toilet & private lounge. A breakfast tray is included in the price and tea & coffee making facilities are in your lounge. We've spent the last 2 years renovating our part of the house which is packed with period features. The guest suite is on the first floor & is closed off from the rest of the house. Guests privacy is always respected. Being retired we are around most of the time should you need any help or information about the locality. You will find tea & coffee making facilities in your lounge and a basic breakfast tray is provided in the price. Martock is a vibrant & historic village in the heart of South Somerset & offers something for everyone. Be it walking in our lovely countryside or a visit to mystic Glastonbury or one of our seaside resorts. Weymouth, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth & Bridport are just a few within easy reach. And not forgetting all the hidden places only the locals know to make your break that much more special. Please refer to "Martock on Line" for further local info. We are 5 mins off the A303. perfect for a stopover on your way to the far west. 1 hour by car to both the North & South coasts. There's a bus to both Yeovil & Taunton ( if you have time!) Our entrance is to the right side of the building. We share the house with Spike, our little Spanish rescue dog who is well used to visitors. The suite is on the 1st floor which involves a number of stairs! Please note the accomodation is not suitable for babies or children under 12yrs
