Playa Del Rey neighborhood next to airport! Located 1 mile from the beach. Includes hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, steam room. Full cable package - All movie/sports/news channels included in guest room. The guest bedroom and guest bathroom shown in the pictures are not connected but these are your private areas. The host has his own bedroom and bathroom adjacent to the guest area. The kitchen, dining, and wash room are shared areas. If you have a car, there is plenty parking in the guest parking area or on the street. We have concierge assistance on site. The main access is through the front where you will be buzzed in by me or the concierge. If you will be coming in frequently by car, there is an alternate entry point for direct access to the building. More detailed information after booking. I will be available at any time for assistance Minutes away from beaches, bars, restaurants and LAX airport. A short ride to Venice, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, and Manhattan Beach. If you have an M1 license I have a scooter available for rent which can get you around anywhere in this area. Plenty of parking available if you have a car, otherwise Uber is best bet. The layout of the condo has the guest room adjacent to the host room. If it is necessary that you are totally off in your own space, this is a consideration. I work from home as a software engineer. Outside of regular work hours, I'm in and out. I ask that guests be respectful to any neighbors that they may ecnounter. Nice/friendly people please! I'm a nice, easy going person.
