Cozy room outside home under verandah, quite private. With TV. Kettle, toaster, microwave, Electric oven/warmer, Air conditioner, heater. New private bathroom just stepping outside of bedroom into back of home. Can use new laundry also. In a quiet street, bus just 100mts. away. Takes you to Fawker station 1km. down the road or continue on bus to Coburg shops in Sydney Rd. Merri creek path for a peaceful walk which leads to Coburg lake and Boot factory cafe...1/2hr. Walk. About 9kms to CBD. The small bedroom is private new and clean. Is outside built under the verandah. Quiet area, and has reserves in the back for a lovely walk or can get onto the Merri creek path which is very green and pleasing to the eye and great for fresh air. You have your bedroom with TV. Your own new bathroom and laundry to acces any washi g up. You can use the washing machine for a $4.00 charge. I do like to give my guests space, however would be happy to answer any questions you have in person if Im around or you can text me on mobile. The neighborhood is quiet and green. There are a few reserves at the back of the unit and the Merri creek path is just lovely for a walk. Also amazing gardens at the Fawkner Cemetery and a cute Tea Room for a breakfast or lunch open 7 days a week. The bus is just 100mtrs down the road which takes you to Coburg or Campbellfield. Fawkner Station is 1km. away and can catch the bus that stops close to Hume Hwy corner and crossing over at lights to Station. Bonwick St. Shops is 1km. away and has a variety of small shops which caters for all your needs. Thete is the Fawkner Leisure centre run by the YMCA and has a beautiful indoor and 3 outdoor pools, lawn and great to relax under the gum trees. Fawkner Bingo not far 8mins up the road, you can try your luck out. Much more around.... Bus and Train are close by for you to get around. East access to the Ring road to get to the airport and the adjoining suburbs.
