All areas of the home are for use except for clearly zip tied sealed off, Basement, RV, Trailer & Shed are not to be used or entered. Two decks back and front, BBQ with propane gas (seasonal, 5/15 - 10/15), Fire pit, please follow local burn laws, "posted" i do not provide any wood, starting fluid, matches, please keep area free of trash if used, wood should be purchased locally. Outside quiet time 10:00pm 8:00am, please keep a quiet level outside at night. Minimal, when i am there to greet the guests, the home is maintained by a local resident property manager. simply safe alarm, front door lock, 3 cameras, 2 outside 1 out front of home, 1 outside side of home near side entrance, 1 is in the basement, basement has no access. QUIET, area is full time people, all noise levels outside are to maintain to minimal level after 10:00 pm "your voice does travel at night" please respect my neighbors. NO PLANNED PARTIES. The only way is by driving, this area is not served by public transportation at all, taxis are limited, Uber is active in the area on your own account.
