Our house is located close to a major state university (NDSU) and healthcare facility (Sanford Health) as well as walking distance to Fargo downtown restaurants, breweries and boutiques. It is also a short drive to 2 other major higher education institutions (Concordia and MSUM in Moorhead) as well other technical schools. A major shopping center (West Acres) is a 15 minute drive away as well as easy access to the interstate system. Access to living, dining and sunroom. We typically have space in the fridge to store food items. Ice available as well as a hot water dispenser available for use. The living space is shared with us and we are happy to socialize when we are available and according to our guests' preference. The bedroom and bathroom can be closed off as a private suite with sliding doors in a small hall that connects the two rooms. Our house is located in a historic Fargo neighborhood with streets lined with mature Elm trees and sidewalks with neighborhood schools within walking distance.
