Cozy Studio Apartment in Queens, NY

Cozy apt. ideal for short and long term stay. We are a 10 minute cab ride from JFK and about 30 minutes from LaGuardia Airport and a 45 minute train ride to the City. In our neighborhood are supermarkets, restaurants and ground public transportation, the E, J, Q5 bus and LIRR. The apartment has its own private bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The space is located on the top floor, tucked away from the rest of the home so you get ample privacy. It is equipped with all the amenities such as quality linens, towels, washcloths, and bath wash, etc. the kitchenette is also equipped with cooking ware, utensils and cutlery. Ample closet space, TV and just the homely feeling of home away from home. There is no cable but an Apple TV with access to Netflix, etc A manual with all the information about the space and neighborhood will be furnished upon booking. Since this is a family residence there will be some interaction with the family but through common area of the foyer. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. Close to all shopping, restaurants and public transportation. It's easy and very straight forward to get around. We are located in what you will call a two-fare zone. The closest and fastest train station is about a 10-15 walk and that's the LIRR (Long Island railroad). This takes about 30mins. From Queens to the City, 34th street Penn Station. The stop from Queens is called "Locust Manor" and it's about a $7 ride. You can purchase a ticket online at (Website hidden by Airbnb) There is also the NYC public transportation, E,J and Z trains in which you will need to take the Q5 bus, uber, lyft or dollar vans to Parsons, Jamaica Center. The ride on these trains from this stop is roughly 45mins and can be a little longer on the weekends. Driving an electric car and want to plug in....This home also comes with a level 2 charging station for electric cars for a fee of $20
