Beautiful Lake District house
I love Greenodd and can honestly say that it is one of the best places to be based for a Lake District experience. With a spacious room in a clean, comfortable house (which you’ll have to yourself) you'll have unparalleled access to some of the most beautiful places in the country . The house has fast wifi, on street parking, central heating and access to washing machine. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about the house or area before your stay. This is a town house with a cottage feel that is at once bright and airy a warm as well as warm and welcoming, an ideal space to relax in comfort after a day out exploring. There is a large bathroom, comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and basic pantry goods for you to use, and a small outdoor patio at the back of the house to enjoy in summer months. If you’d like to bring a bicycle, please let me know in advance and it can be stored safely where you can access throughout your stay. Parking is on street in a quiet residential village so there's always space. I will usually meet you at the house to welcome you and give you your keys but then you’ll have the place to yourself for your entire stay. If I am working or otherwise unable to meet and greet you, you will be able to access the house and they keys will be left for you. Specific details on booking. I’m very happy to share any tips about what to do and see both in terms of getting out and about outdoors as well as some of the wonderful cultural experiences on offer locally. 3 Bank Terrace sits in the heart of Greenodd, once a bustling port and now a lovely little village and gateway to the Lake District.
