Lilies. Spacious farm gite.

This is a spacious gite on a beautiful peaceful farm. Perfect for groups or families, flexible accomodation. The gite has a large open plan kitchen with a dining area. A separate living room with huge log burner with a sofa bed and a downstairs bathrooms with a shower.. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom and a single sofa/bed in the landing space. Here you will also find the second bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Outside the back is a sole use small fenced garden. The Lilies gite and garden. Sitting out the front of the gite is allowed but dogs need to be kept inside or in the rear garden. Dogs must be on leads from the gites to the chemin at the end of the drive or to cars. Dogs must not go into the owners garden, barns or fields without specific permission from the owner. Children under 14 must be accompanied on the farm at all times. Some of the buildings are not safe. Children under 8 must be in arms when they are in the fields with animals and all access to the farm fields and buildings are at the risk of the guests. I live on the farm and am usually available. The farm is 500 metres down a lane. It feels private and quiet but is only a couple of minutes from the town of Argentan and all it's amenities. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which connects you to the Town and the railway station at Argentan with trains to Paris. The farm has a flock of wild Peacocks, a herd of horses, cats and dogs. The animals are all charming and very much part of the peaceful nature of the place.
