Country/Mountain decor. Very private property, quiet, road paved to the front gate, shaded oak trees, apt back yard fenced with patio and fountain. Guest will have a private parking area, host and hostess will provide any needs and maps of sites. You will be greeted and given a key to the private apt., walk thru to show where everything is. ****covid-19 cleaning in this apartment. *all surfaces door handles cleaned with bleach. *sheets washed and dried on super hot dryer. *mattresses sprayed with lysol *shower and bathroom cleaned with bleach and essential oils. *3 hrs+ after cleaning before guests can use apartment. *We want you protected. there is "no stove" in kitchen. there is a bbq with a side burner to cook pots on. Kitchen is furnished with pots and all you will need. Guests have a private apt and fenced yard area. There is a parking area for guests only. Host and hostess have cell phones, we keep them with us at all times for contact. Continental Breakfast , coffee, tea, fresh fruit.⁰0 We have a darling coffee shop/bistro 11 miles from the location, there is a nice restauant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner 6 miles from our location, the National park has museum and dinner house inside the Kings Canyon gate which is 15 miles from the apt. No busses or private transportation. Lots of good walking area to observe the mountain community, post office is 1/2 mile from the apt. Winter is fun in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. I just had guest that visited "snow shoe" trails. Big Baldy, Morro Rock, General Grant Trail and others.
